We strive to get orders shipped out by the day after purchase. Sometimes an extra day or two is needed because of all the hats we wear around here. Sometimes we take a vacation. In these cases, we will communicate when we will be back in the office and shipping orders out.

U.S. ORDERS

  • We ship from our headquarters in beautiful West Michigan.
  • Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before you place your order. 
  • We ship with UPS and USPS. If you enter a PO box as your shipping address, we will automatically ship with USPS.
  • Tracking information is automatically emailed to you when your order ships.
  • FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $75.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We ship from our headquarters in beautiful West Michigan.
  • International shipments ship with UPS, USPS (Global Post).
  • Shipping times vary from around 4 to 10 business days. Faster for Canadian orders.
  • Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before you place your order.
  • IMPORTANT - Import duties and taxes are included and itemized on your order. Please track carefully and expect instructions from the carrier regarding final delivery.
  • Tracking information is automatically emailed to you when your order ships.
